The theme for Favorite Foto Friday this week is PJs... I was thinking that I would get a cute shot of Allison and Mario together in their cute little jammies and post it.... but my evil mind thinks much differently than that...
after getting her cell phone revoked for being 13 (translated: talking back), I knew I had a bargaining chip with my girl. Alli wanted to text so badly and was trying SO hard to do everything right today in the efforts to not have to (God Forbid) TALK to her parents this weekend, hee hee. Then, I remembered something...
my mother bought Allison these footed pjs a while back.... they were about 8 sizes too big and ZEBRA-STRIPED! She wore them once, and I laughed so hard that night I nearly peed my pants. Needless to say, she never put them back on her body. UNTIL TONIGHT...
as a bribe, I told her that I would let her have 15 minute of texting if I could take 3 pictures of her to blog in those pjs. I just knew you all would find it as funny and cute as I did, so I could not resist... neither could she... she wanted to text so badly, that she allowed me.... she DID say she did not agree to smile. This TOTALLY reminds me of A Christmas Story with Ralphie in the bunny suit (google it!). Oh, I do hope you enjoy this FFFriday as much as I did... again, I laughed so hard I was crying.....

We do matching PJ's every year for Christmas...Jenna said she was tired of wearing "boy" pj's, so I let Jenna pick them...hers were pink duckies and the boys were blue duckies from Nick & Nora. Cute unless you are a 13 year boy...hehehe!!

Oh I love it. Since I have a 16 year old and a 13 year old, I completely get it. And I love the bridery. I would have done the exactly same thing. And I love the little snicker on her face at the end. She was so relived to get her texting fix. I can so realte.
