Dad is continuing to do well with his recovery. With his previous hip replacement, they found that he was severely allergic to the sheets (they think the bleach) and the antibiotic they used. They switched the antibiotic and pain medicine this time to avoid complications, but forgot the sheets. My poor dad was broken out into a rash from that again! They changed the sheets and gowns, gave him a Benadryl, and he was good to go! He had a fever last night, but that came down as well! He is saying that he is in a bit more pain this time, but PT went well. He was already on his feet and walking this morning! Isn't it amazing what they can do?
Thank you for your continued prayers for my dad and mom! I will update tonight.

Glad that your dad is doing better, but how random is that to be allergic to bed sheets?
Its amazing what can be done with advances in medical technologies.
