Friday Night Lights

For those of you who don't know my husband well, he really has 3 main interests outside of work: family, politics and FOOTBALL. He watches ANY football game, has played high school and college ball and coaches everything from youth all the way up to varsity. He loves it. Football in Pennsylvania is like religion. Friday nights on home game night, everyone is in town for the game. It was a nice night, so we took Mo to his first official Yellowjacket game!
Do I look fly for the ladies, mum mum?

Is this IT mom, don't I get to PLAY?

My dad even joined Mario and Jeff for the best seats in the house! Of course, Pap Pap fed him a half a can of Puffs while we were there! He is getting all of the spoiling in before he gets his other hip replaced on 10/9! Then, watch out world - he will be a new man!

Fantastic! I don't think football has quite the fanaticism here in WV that it has in PA, but it's definitely a pretty major event. But nothing is quite like heading to Freeport for a game! I'm gonna' have to make a trip up there some weekend when they Jackets are playing.

WOOHOO! Football is a religion here in my small town too. Most stores and places up town actually close on Friday nights when there is a home game. This Friday is the homecoming game and I am looking forward to going. There is nothing like a Friday night football game down by the river with hot chocolate!

OK, when did MO grow up into a big boy? Amazing. Quit feeding him Jilli!

Looks like a fun weekend! We're not really sports people - unless it is watching Myles play soccer. I will keep your dad in my prayers during his upcoming surgery. Thank you for the prayers while I was in Guatemala. Your encouraging words meant a lot!

Peace and Hugs,
Becca
