Christmas Morning...

I know that I am super-late in posting these, but I like to look back at these pictures in the upcoming months... the kids change, and when you are with them everyday, you don't notice... I figure my 5 readers won't mind how late things are, as long as there are pics of the kids!

Christmas morning, we get up and open gifts at our house, then head to my parents' house. Having kids this far apart sure is entertaining. Alli gets the whole "Santa" thing being 13 and all. Mario doesn't understand who Santa is except for the scary man we made him sit on (see a few posts back)...Alli was so grateful. She asked for gift cards... I couldn't "just" give that child gift cards, so of course she was thrilled to get more than she had hoped for. Mario was just excited with the TOYS!

Mario, Murry the shih tzu and Alli's stockings
Mario was just shocked at the gifts....
joy
YAY... BROBEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!kissing Brobee! He got LOTS more toys, but he LOVED Brobee!

Alli loved her digital camera, which was a surprise!

I love this picture... Alli is such a wonderful big sister!

he got a few instruments!

But, we think that this may have been his favorite "gift"... bowls? funny what they like, huh?

Oh, Jeff and I were there, too... I got a new cell phone (mine died)... and finally got this book (Ruthanne).. it was really good! Jeff and the kids got me lots of other things, too!

Jeff got this book...some clothes....

and....

his William Shatner bobble head doll that says Denny Crane when you push it.... the man is easy to please! :-)
It was a very Merry Christmas Morning!

Oh Mandy, Mandy, Mandy, a Brobee is a WHO, not a WHAT. Oh, Jill, I have that book by Haven Kimmel and it's wonderful. She's good friends with Augusten Burroughs and their writiing is similar. I want to read her 2nd book, "She Got Off The Couch", but haven't gotten around to it. Enjoy!

Looks like you guys had a wonderful Christmas. I love seeing Alli so excited over her camera. She reminds me of my nieces that I didn't get to see at Christmas for the first time! I see you are a fan of my former Governor!

I have to agree with the previous poster.. .I LOVE Mario's pajama's. Super cute.

I'm glad you had a great christmas. I've never heard of the toy Mario received... guess Bryant must be "officially" out of that stage. At age 6 we've already moved on to the MP3/IPOD phase.

Oh they grow up so quickly...
